We stayed at Alila Bangsar for 3 nights and absolutely loved our experience.
Everything—from the room to the service—was exceptional. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and felt luxurious. Plus, we had an amazing view.
The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend it!
Good location in terms of being in bangsar, however surroundings weren’t pleasant.
You need to take 3 lifts to your room – in which the lifts took a long time.
Breakfast was mediocre.
Parking is $19 a day which is quite extreme. Also had confusion with the valet as they kept telling me I could only park on level 3 after which I had to move my car again as I found out from reception I could park at premium parking (but still pay $19)
Nice rooms – but overall, I think not worth the price.
Right at the door step of the Bangsar Station. The hotel itself is located between level 36 – 41. Nice boutique hotel located on top of a building, yet feels so exclusive and comfortable.
The rooms are spacious and large, even the sofa bed is of great quality. There are “lounges” at every level, making spaces feel personal and intimate.
The selection of food and drink for morning breakfast is plentiful and of wide varieties. The staff are very attentive and friendly.
Overall I would strongly recommend a stay here!

The view and hotel space is just so relaxing.
Location is not smack directly a mall but you have walking distance and sheltered path to Train.
For those wandering, if you book a twin bedroom you get a two queen bedroom that could fit 4.
But if it’s just couple, just just the normal king, that hang out space is nice with sofa 🛋️ as well.
