1st time staying at Lloyd’s KL and I enjoyed my stay there. Room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Sorry I didn’t get her name but Special thanks to the staff who were on duty on 19-Feb, 9:40pm. She noticed me carrying some food while I’m enquiring something from her and offered me cutlery for it. Although it might seem to be a small gesture, but it really does make a difference with my whole experience with small details like this. Great job and keep it up!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean with an aesthetic design and a spacious window offering a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the unique open-air bathroom concept, separated by a curtain for privacy. Room service was quick and responsive, making my stay even more comfortable.

The location is excellent, just a 15 mins walk to the main attraction and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast was a real treat each morning; while it’s not a buffet, they offer a choice between Western and local dishes that change daily. The pastries were exceptional, and I loved the addition of yogurt, overnight oats, and fresh fruit. I felt well-fed and looked forward to breakfast every day!

Lloyd’s Inn KL was such a nice escape from the busy city. The rooms are bright and airy, and we loved having a balcony with a bathtub and a great view of the city. The Social Pod upstairs was a great spot to get some work done or just relax with a book. We also really liked the Tea Room—it’s stylish and cozy, perfect for a quiet cup of tea and a chat. Definitely a great place to unwind.

We loved our business suite with the outdoor bathtub, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. Out of all the malls in KL, the TRX was so kid-friendly with rooftop playground and splash pad. SO many great good options too, like Grumpy Bagels on the same street of the hotel. Loved this area and the hotel so much! Will definitely be checking out other Lloyd’s Inns!

Cozy and chic hotel in a less busy area of central KL that offers a unique experience — we really enjoyed our stay here!

Location wise this is perfect, close to bukit bintang and there’s also a MRT station nearby. Walking distance to the fancy Exchange mall. Also plenty of restaurants nearby!

We stayed in the business room, which to be honest had a bit of a weird layout, the entire room is mainly occupied by the bed and just a small desk in the corner of the room. Would be nicer with a bit more living space. But I loved the terrace/balcony + open air bathing experience.

Staff is friendly and polite! Breakfast is also nice, but the restaurant area is quite small and it gets a bit crowded in the morning.
