Rooms are nice and spacious. Good facilities.
Breakfast and cleanliness of the cutlery (stain, cup with some smell) should be improved. Location wise not so convenient if you don’t drive.
The dim sum in level restaurant is nice, worth trying.
On of the main reasons we hold our wedding dinner in Vangohh is because of our trustable salesperson Vivian. Words can’t describe our sincere appreciation to her as she is super attentive, responsive, friendly and even during the wedding dinner, she managed it very well and she always tells me that ‘i will do my very best to make sure all are smooth as i know this is important event for every couples’. And, she made it. She asked us to just stay relax and enjoy ourselves. We wanted to rate 5 star to Vivian for her dedication and service. Highly recommended 👍🥂
I stayed for just a night. The pub has loud music and can be heard on the 6th floor. Everything inside is black and dark. The staff were good. I think there is strong cigarette smell. No food nearby. Had to drive out for food.
12/11/2024, Had been enjoying the wonderful pool in Vangohh, however had been Stopped from a lady staff, rudely. Understand that verification need to be done at the counter but as a first timer I dont know too (I left the membership card in room). Besides, Staff can ask politely from the guest for the verification. In 5 mins I get the card to her and left then, spoil my wonderful morning with this surely…haizzz…
In a previous review, I gave one-star to this hotel because of the deafening noise from the pub which kept me awake until the early hours of the morning. But in my last visit to BM, I returned to see if there was a room that might be quieter. Nick the manager tried to find me one. And he did – I could sleep the 3 nights I was there, which was a great relief! So because of Nick and his great service, I am upping my stars to three. (Wish I can give four or five but I have stayed in top hotels all over the world, and I am afraid this is not one of them.)
