I can’t describe how much we enjoyed our short 3 day stay here.
The staff were amazingly helpful, friendly, polite and warm.
The rooms are well taken care of with comfy beds, and very generous amounts of room to suit our needs.
The breakfast spreads was good but lacked some items that i would have enjoyed.
Romantic dinner and great cocktails are just on the rooftop with the best views in town.
The facilities were great as well however we only used the pool.
At the time of our stay, the TV lacked having any streaming apps which would have made our night.
We look forward to our next stay.
The location is great and there is a linked bridge to The Pavilion. Breakfast selection is limited but of good quality. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. All your needs and wants for a relaxing stay is well catered for. The soaking tub is luxurious.
The only downside would be the customer service, I am giving 100% for effort put in by the staff but execution still fall short to be labelled as 5 star. More training required to train the staff on communication and service with confidence.
I booked the Signature Sky Retreat Twin Bed which was advertised with KL tower view but they have only 1 room for Twin Beds for this category and the view isn’t KL tower. The beds were facing TRX building (which was fine ) but when you enter the room you would see the under construction residential building so the contrasting view the front and the side were not pleasant. The toilet and the bathroom were at the back of the beds. The construct of the room was awkward. We talked to the staff and the room was changed to KL tower view but only King Size bed and not twin beds. While the issue was resolved but time wasted to change room.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms with awesome views especially at night. The rooftop bar is famous and that’s where you can have a terrific nasi lemak breakfast. Poolside cocktails and its new Japanese/Peruvian style restaurant served us seafood with a twist. It was delicious. Thank you Banyan Tree. We hope to return.
I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree. The hotel feels very private and exclusive, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The view from my room was amazing, with stunning scenery that made my stay even more special. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to relax with great views and great service, I highly recommend Banyan Tree! ❤️
This was my only rooftop experience in KL, and while the venue itself was elegant and beautifully designed, the overall experience felt a bit off. The drinks were quite expensive, which I expected to some extent, but the atmosphere didn’t quite match the upscale setting. The music, instead of being a nice complement to the ambiance, was an odd choice—very loud and a bit chaotic, with a style of R&B that didn’t suit the setting. It made the experience less refined than I had hoped for, even though the place had great potential.
