This hotel is by far the best I’ve stayed in across Asia, and for the standard, the pricing is really fair.
Rooms are huge, and the space includes a dressing room, a great thing so you’re not tripping over bags and luggage in the sleeping space. The bathroom has all the amenities you could want, bath, shower, Japanese toilet, double sinks as standard, all the lotions and potions needed.
The pool area, for a city hotel is lovely. It’s quite well shaded and plenty of cabanas. Big screen TV comes up later in the afternoon/evening.
Breakfast is fantastic, long hours, but like many said, it can be busy. However I’ve never had to wait for a table or for food to be prepared. The lobster omelette is stunning, the waffles and pancakes are prepared fresh and with care. The pastries are amazing
The room and environment were very satisfying, but I did feel that the front desk staff （小姐姐）could be more welcoming. It would make a big difference if staff greeted guests with a smile creating a warmer and friendlier experience. （而不是一副不笑臭脸似乎很不被瞧起）guests come here to enjoy their stay, and a friendly reception is an important part of that. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I’d love to return to an even more positive experience next time.

I bring my wife for a stay to celebrate her birthday, due to she had some special allergic, I had contacted the hotel prior regarding this. Ms Joyce Lim who attended us was so helpful, after she knew is for birthday celebration, she offered to put decorations, but I have to reject her suggestion due to my wife doesn’t like to trouble others, but she still help us to upgrade the room so that we can enjoy the stay. Overall the team was very professional and smart. They prepared a special set of afternoon tea to make sure she will not get allergic and able to enjoy the tea. While in the evening we walk around hotel, she was coughing very badly, and one of the hotel staff heard it, and he helped to arrange to send some hot lemon tea to ease her pain to room. It was a very special experience, and is an enjoyable stay.
