Ok, so the check in process was a little rough, we were travelling with a 2 year old and were not even offered water, while waiting for our room, that is something that needs to be worked on. Some of the front desk staff are inhospitable while the others go out of their way to make things happen. Second day onwards my stay started getting better and the security staff and the night staff are very helpful. We had ants in our room, we complained about it and it was taken care of that very day and we were given a new room the next day. Super clean apartments with a nice view. The housekeeping staff and the security guys are also very helpful.

Well located just at Bukit Bintang! Everything is just walking distance away! Our go-to place whenever we visit KL!

As always, staff display exemplary service standards, and the apartment is always neat and clean. Security is great as well, and definitely a safe and superb place to stay in!

We booked a 12-day stay as a family with our 3-year-old child, and our experience was exceptional. The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, a coffee machine, and a water heater. The bathroom is generously sized and features ample wall cabinets, a safe, an iron, and an ironing board. A particularly convenient addition in the kitchen is the dedicated drinking water tap, which was invaluable for saving on bottled water. The apartment also offers excellent storage space, with numerous drawers, shelves, and cabinets throughout. One of the highlights is the stunning view of Kuala Lumpur, including a direct sightline to the iconic Kuala Lumpur Tower. The check-in process was seamless, requiring a refundable RM500 deposit as a security guarantee for potential damages. The check-out process was equally smooth, with the deposit promptly refunded. The property is ideally located, offering convenient access to most major tourist attractions. Several restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, along with a small convenience store just a 2–3 minute walk away. The city center is easily reachable, taking approximately 10–15 minutes by car or 30–40 minutes on foot. Security is well-managed, with a dedicated security office outside the tower and a 24-hour security guard stationed at the main entrance. The overall environment felt very safe and well-monitored. I highly recommend this property, especially for families, due to its comfort, convenience, and excellent security.
On the day of check-out, one of the receptionists called to remind us of the 12:00 PM check-out time. When I requested a late check-out, his response was unprofessional and initially dismissive, as he outright refused to grant any additional time. I explained that we had stayed for 12 days and simply needed an extra 30 minutes to an hour to pack our luggage. I also mentioned that our experience had been excellent and deserving of a very positive review and high rating, but his uncooperative and confrontational attitude was impacting our impression of the stay. Only then did he reluctantly agree to extend our check-out time by an hour. Upon arriving at the main reception, I informed the staff about the incident. They were highly apologetic and repeatedly expressed their regrets for the inconvenience caused.

The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. Television has many channels. Upstairs there was a really nice lounge and breakfast area which I really enjoyed. There is also a nice view. Staff were polite and friendly. Only issue is that there are traffic jams. Would recommend this place for family vacation and business.

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived, to the day we checked out 2 weeks later, everything was perfect. All of the staff were so professional, polite and warm. That is everyone from the reception desk to the security staff and especially our cleaner for room 4703 who looked after us so well. Our only regret is we didn’t get to see and thank her before we left as she was working on another floor.
Our complementary tea and coffee (Nespresso) was replenished every day. The apartment had wonderful views of the Tower and the green hills in the distance, often with clouds enhancing the view.
The gym was well equipped and very clean. Complementary towels, hand sanitizer, water fountain and disinfectant wipes were provided. The pool is the longest I have ever seen in a hotel. It is shared with Veritas residents.
The kitchen was modern and met all our needs including washing machine and tumble dryer facilities. This is an exceptionally well priced hotel.
We were really sorry to leave, and if we return we will definitely stay here again
