Awesomeeeee breakfast. Standout feature – variety of options to choose. This hotel location is also at the city center, which made it convenient to walk to nearby attractions. Another highlight was the TV placement – right at the food of the bed, more comfortable to watch movies. The room was spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel since their price is reasonable ❤️

-Tandas tak ada tisu toilet, call room service minta tisu toilet❌
-Dapat bilik iron rosak & tak ada iron board, call room service tukar iron lain❌
-Bilik sangat malap, nak lighting make up dalam toilet sahaja❌

-Receptionist ramah dan cepat uruskan check-in bilik✅
-Room service was okay✅
-Breakfast at restaurant was NOT okay❌❌❌
*Sampai restaurant 8:30am for breakfast, but told to wait until there’s an empty table for 2. Please change this SOP/policy. Table should be 1st come 1st serve basis. Not fair for pax yang sampai awal, and you told them to wait.
*Was served by a chinese guy at restaurant entrance, orangnya nampak sangat kelam kabut handle the situation & was restless the whole time and always looking at us because we were eating at a 4 seater table. Please assign someone capable to manage the pax and handle the crowd.

-Should provide at least 1 complimentary parking for each room booked.❌
But overall, our experience was okay, except at the restaurant. Not a good memory staying here because of 1 staff.
Our first step into the hotel was very exciting. The hotel smells fragrant and the interior design is very beautiful and luxurious.. The room is also spacious and attractive.. the bathroom has a bathtub.. The breakfast is delicious and has many choices.. The staff is kind and polite.. This hotel is highly recommended..
We had a great stay in the hotel. Front desk and entire hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Food were delicious. The surprise deco for the room was lovely. Walking distance to all main attractions. Room was clean and spacious .Would highly recommend the hotel. Pls come and check yourself for the stay.
Staff were super friendly. Location was great, walking distance to mall and Jonker and Afamosa. Breakfast was nice. They even have an indoor pool and lots of parking. There was no refrigerator in the room, so something to keep in mind if you’re planning to keep food. All in all it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
