absolutely wonderful hotel for the price point. Beautiful interior decoration, sizeable new rooms. good bar and restaurant. Downside is accessible via lifts. And under the beds were not spotless clean. Gorgeous infinity pool as well.
A great location, amazing service, and incredible rooms. I highly recommend if you want a cozy bed to sleep in, space to spread out, and a friendly staff to deal with. The only downside is there are not a lot of plugs, especially in the bathroom. Other than that, the kitchen was nicely equipped with a toaster, stove top, fridge, and filtered water for drinking. Bedroom had two closets which was fantastic and the views from the high rooms are incredible. It’s only a quick 10-15 minute walk to the towers and Suria KLCC shopping center with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops right outside the door.
A great place to stay with excellent staff and their exceptional service. We stayed here for almost 45 days and I was in my 9th month of pregnancy. The staff were so friendly and compassionate that it almost felt like a second home. Every department staff from kitchen, housekeeping and reception require a special mention for sure. Kudos to the team and will look forward to staying here anytime in future!
Special mention to the breakfast they provide, which has varieties from western to Asian cuisine, and we never got bored irrespective of having it for 45 days continuously.
I have mixed feelings about my stay here, so I’ll detail the pros and cons.
Pros – the rooms are large and well equipped, great for long term stays.
The pool and gym are good.
The location is walkable to KLCC.
The breakfast was great, good variety and quality.
The cons- the room was not clean. Especially the kitchen area, which still had other people’s coffee and cooking leftovers.
The bathroom was also not clean enough and they had left used mouthwash.
We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, which could not be fixed. It means the bathroom was slippery. We were offered another room, but it was already 2am in the morning and we didn’t want the hassle. There was an apology for this, and it probably won’t happen to you.
Does not live up to 4.5 star rating on Google. First room had multiple malfunctions. Air con could not be adjusted, TV was not functioning properly, tap was leaking, hair dryer not functioning. Changed us to a second room, tap was loose. Swimming pool was dirty, my kid got a bacterial infection, and had to see a doctor at KLCC during our trip. Restaurant food was average at best, but good value for the money. Would not stay here again.
