Stay was great. We had some issues with our showering draining fast, though it was not unmanageable.
Wong from the rooftop bar is one of the most helpful hotel staff i have ever met. He provided us the names of a number of local dishes that we should try, all of which we have, and were amazing.
It’s staff like this that make your stay somewhere that bit better. Thank you Wong!!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn South in Kuala Lumpur for one night, and it was a great experience. The location was excellent—just a five-minute walk from Chowkit Monorail Station, which made getting around the city very convenient.
The room was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a Hilton property. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding a warm touch to the experience.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight. The variety and quality of the food, combined with attentive service at the reception, made it a perfect start to the day. Although I didn’t have a chance to use the pool on the 25th floor, it looked inviting and would be a great spot to unwind.
While it may be a bit on the pricier side for solo travelers, I think it’s worth indulging in a bit of comfort now and then. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur.
We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff are nice people and they are very responsive. Fazz was the duty manager during our stay and she was very down to earth and helpful. It’s worth noting that at the end of the day we are all people, and we all like to be treated with respect and kindness. We truly felt the interpersonal connection even though we were staying in a midpriced corporate hotel.
I guess this is a review which more congratulates the staff on an individual basis rather than the business itself.
Thank you again for the wonderful stay.
Great place to stay with their friendly staffs!
Went to their rooftop bar and got a great service by their staff especially Ms Farah really treated us nicely.
The manager at the reception Ms Siti also helped us a lot during our stay!
Looking forward to come back here again:)
I would not suggest anyone to stay at this property. We had booked a stay for three nights and only because it was paid with a force to stay there. They will not do the room cleaning unless and until you sit on their head and ask them to do it. The rooms you see in the pic is quite large size however, in real, it is too small for two person to stay and the washroom is also too small. It feels so suffocated also no toiletries were provided to us only if you sit on their head, they will attend your queries, the breakfast was a disappointment same buffet same taste every day they will provide. Don’t expect the menu to change any day. Also who takes lunch or breakfast including their stay is not worth a single penny we had taken room with breakfast and dinner for which we were highly disappointed they don’t give buffet dinner. They only have à la cart, which means they will give you a set menu in which you will have to choose only one for per person which means one dish for a person to eat for dinner, which is not at all sufficient for a kid as well. The quantity and the proportionate is not even sufficient for one. The staff are not at all helpful that just arrogant nature, I’m really disappointed staying here. The only one star is given because they have mono rail station in five minutes walking distance, which is easier accessible for any stops to go rest. You will have a better and a good Hotel to stay apart from this.. also to add the dinner is not in this hotel you have to walk to the north hotel for any lunch or dinner plan included in the stay. An honest suggestion to all the Indian family who are looking forward to stay in the hotel. The breakfast is not at all worth it. We can only have bread items. Rest all we can’t eat.
