I love everything about this hotel except the traffic at the location which is too congested and busy until midnight. Staff are friendly, hotel is super clean, good operator service, easy access to many places nearby, parking are available at a cheapest rate after validation and only one time pay, bed and pillow are super comfortable. There’s only one thing that I hope could be better is the washroom is too small and narrow. Hot shower sometime is too hot and taking time to adjust the water heat.
It was a pleasant stay here. Beautiful view out of our window.. it was a visual treat to see KL Tower lighting all through the night and Petronas towers as well… Morning Breakfast spread was really good and staff — courteous and helpful… Room also provides a charging point compatible to us in India, so no head ache of adapters.
Only down side was, i expected little more tidy bathrooms (slow drain of water).. and Little more lighting in bathroom.. hence I have given 4 stars for rooms.
Our stay at Ancasa was truly exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, with comfortable beds and great views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensure our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, and the convenient location near major attractions made exploring easy. Overall, a fantastic experience.
