Our 2 bedroom premier is nicely furnished but best if it comes with a good scrub. Otherwise it is certainly clean, got a nice view of the swimming pool at Level 6 from the room at floor 13A. Second room however doesn’t come with a window. Nice baby pools for kids as well. Kitchen utensils are great, but slightly larger bowls appreciated. Lifts are a little slow and too quiet, you don’t know which ones arrived. Overall, I really don’t mind returning.
Room has thin windows with non-existent noise reduction from traffic below. We were on 26th floor, and could hear the revving engine of every motorbike and car all day and all night. You better pack a pair of good ear plugs to stay here or you won’t be able to sleep peacefully.
Yes, KL is a big city with traffic, so some noise is to be expected; but the noise issue should be muted being on 26th floor, which just shows that the hotel uses cheap window panes.
Location is good, service decent, and hotel is clean. But I would not stay here again due to noise.
Great stay. Spacious rooms and super clean. Having a washing machine is so handy. Bed is firm but comfortable.
Gym is quite good with free weights and machines – no squat racks or bars.

Very well located, a short walk from the Petronas Towers, newly built in 2022. 2 bed apartment very nice overall. Great view over the main pool (which is absolutely huge) from 10th floor room. Do note second bedroom is windowless. Also overall construction / partitions is cheaply made, no double glazing so you hear everything from the outside. Big table kitchen for those Grab deliveries.
The view from the top floor pool over the KL skyline is truly amazing. Staff take feedback seriously. Go to After One KL a five minute stroll away for great breakfast / brunch / lunch. Do book direct with them for cheaper rates. Overall I would recommend.
The rooms were actually very comfortable apartments. Fully equipped. The view from the roof top was breathtaking! However, for the class of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room was not as immaculate as I would have expected. The carpets and the floor were not well vacuumed and when the room service came the day after, they didn’t vacuum either.
