I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. A particular staff member, whom I nicknamed “Mike,” deserves special recognition. He is an incredibly helpful, polite, and humble person. Though I don’t know his real name, Mike, a friendly Chinese gentleman with glasses and a light voice, truly went above and beyond. He assisted us in getting connecting rooms, clearly explained the pricing, and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The breakfast was superb—delicious and varied, much to my family’s delight. The swimming pool was exceptional, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in a suite and a connecting deluxe room, both of which exceeded our expectations in size and cleanliness.

The parking felt secure, with guards regularly patrolling the area. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Melaka and next to Dataran Melaka. Nearby, we found Indian food and a 999 mini-mart, which made our stay even more convenient.

The entire hotel staff, including the guards, was polite, helpful, and welcoming, always smiling and greeting us warmly. They even provided a wheelchair for my elderly mother, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka.

They are very bad I with my wife go to malacca

My wife and I went to Malacca to celebrate the New Year and stayed at their hotel. We had already booked and showed them the reservation letter, but their staff asked us to pay again. The next day when we checked out, they told us that it was the room fee, but we had already made a reservation and were charged again. They said that we could refund it after communicating with the manager but we had to wait a few days. However, they called us today and asked us to refund it to agoda. They didn’t want to refund at all and cheated us out of our money. They were very irresponsible and had a bad attitude.

I went there for a last minute stay after celebrating new year’s. As soon as I walked in, the male staff at the reception was already staring at me with rude stare. When I politely asked if there were any rooms available and inquired about the rate, he responded with an attitude and looked at me as if I was bothering him. I was ready to check in and pay but his behavior made me change my mind and go to another hotel instead that night

I’ve just checked out the hotel yesterday. Honestly, other than the location, there’s nothing I like about the stay.
Serious leakage at the bathroom, the shower tap was loosened and water wasn’t able to come out properly, it even leaked through the wall tiles. Not only that, the water leaked out to the room next to the beds which was extremely terrible.
Called the reception to inform the situation, I was expecting to change a room, but instead she called for maintenance. Later, a maintenance guy came in to fix but after a couple of minutes he called another 3-4 guys to enter my room (I was with my another girl friend)… We immediately felt unsafe and I called the receptionist again to request changing my room. As expected, she impatiently said she will check but never gotten back to me after. All in all, terrible experience with both the hotel and the staff.

Very popular, value for money, however, you have a choice of room service food or a host of food outlets just outside the hotel. The TV didn’t work nor did the refrigerator. The AC required a technician to fill the gas, I thought it would have been checked before check in, not after. Otherwise all good
