  1. I booked a two-night stay, and I am very disgusted and disappointed with my experience. Firstly, upon check-in, I encountered an unkind and unfriendly approach from the receptionist. After entering our room, we were met with a strong smell of paint thinner, creating a toxic atmosphere. This caused my wife to develop a headache within the first 15 minutes and made her feel quite ill. When we raised this issue with the receptionist, she immediately became defensive and rude, offering no alternative solutions. She treated us as if we were not customers, but rather as if we were insignificant. Her behaviour included rolling her eyes, shrugging her shoulders, and turning her back on us, despite the fact that we had been nothing but kind and reasonable towards her. To top it off, she sarcastically remarked, “The customer is always right.” I am extremely disappointed with this lack of professionalism. We received no solutions and were treated with blatant rudeness, which made us feel insignificant. I will never stay at this establishment again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

  2. Family trip for stayed 1 night. Stayed in a deluxe triple room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed for me hubby and 2 teenager. So, requested for 1 extra bath towel but reception said the room is for 3 pax so only 3 bath towel. Directly said “No” and don’t even provide a solution like extra charges for extra bath towel… instead… just “No”. This poor service need to be improved. Room and the toilet considered small. Black and dark brown theme. Lighting surely no good for makeup. Among the same road this is consider a newly 3 star hitel, but no well maintain as the room is geeting old and the chair in the room also koyak. Check in and check out process considered fast.

  3. Booked for a family suite. Located on the last floor. Room is double storey.
First floor has a huge L-Shaped sofa, TV with Netflix/YouTube, king sized bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle, iron+board, balcony facing the main road, toilet with bidet and 2-pax jacuzzi.
Upper floor is equipped with 2 single beds, 3 seater sofa and TV with Netflix/YouTube, toilet with bidet and rain shower.
Staffs were friendly during our stay. Staffs gave good recommendation of halal food options.
Main lobby waiting area has lounge and toilets.
There is filtered water dispensers outside our room.
Able to see the sea from a distance.
Stayed during the weekdays no issue with noise.
70% Chinese F&B around the area.
Parking is available infront of the hotel itself. Hotel is in between OCBC bank and 7-11. Very close to jonker walk(10mins drive) and klebang beach(10mins drive).

  4. Currently I am staying in this hotel. The location of the hotel is good as it is surrounded with lots of eateries and room is clean. When I checked in this afternoon, I am not too satisfy with the counter staff when she requested me to place a deposit of Rm50.00. It is alright for me to pay the 3deposit since all hotels required however, the refund for the deposit is 2 weeks if I used card. To me is ridiculous for 2 weeks to refund so I decided to pay cash. As nowadays I seldom bring cash due to using phone for payments, so I told the girl that I will get it from my husband. She then very quickly told me that I can withdraw from next door as there is a bank next door. At that point, she looks serious and just wanted me to pay her quickly so that she can cleared this checked in. It is a very unfriendly experienced. At this hour at 12.46 am, I still can’t sleep because ourside traffic noise is so annoying. Currently there are still very disturbing traffic noise like racing track just right outside for these cars with exhaust pipe and motorcycles like mat rempit. Honestly, I think the hotel need with work with authority to resolve this issue.
