It offers spacious unit with two rooms and four queen beds for our family of 6, plus a large swimming pool. Located just outside the main city, it’s surrounded by plenty of eateries and shops. However, the cleanliness could be improved. The pool wasn’t enjoyable due to poor crowd control and perhaps high density condo.
We got the sea facing balcony and nice sunset view but nothing special about the flat South China Sea with vessels in it
We stayed 3 nights in one of the flats in this building, and the facilities of the house are fine.
The problem is the organisation of the facilities like the swimming pool, the gym… for everything you have to book in advance. They are very strict, I could say too strict.
And above all, for European people. YOU CAN’T WEAR A BIKINI.
It seems to me too many restrictions.
We have been in other parts of Malaysia, and they didn’t put so many problems for everything.

Very well maintained and managed residence with tight house rules and security.
The mini theme park is a big plus for families with kids. The control to enter the pool area is good – every guest must present your access card and must be dressed in correct swimwear before allowed to enter. There’s also time slots for the pool sessions, do take note of the timing in the lift notice.
There’s mini mart downstairs at level 1 block B. A small cafe with lots of light food and snacks also available near the swimming pool entrance at level 7.
Do note that during peak periods, the car park can have “jam” during check out timings – we were stuck in a standstill trying to exit the parking and only managed to get down to one level after 10 mins.
No parking issue as there are 3 designated levels (level 4,5,6) for visitors / homestay guests.
We booked through Airbnb for our last holiday in Melaka. Worth every penny as the the place is well equipped, strategic location with walking distance eateries. Key highlight is their kids pool. We had a pleasant stay & will come again.
It is worth to stay here. The building is new, parking is easy and there also give free access to the facilities like the residences. Yet there are some rules need to follow.
