Very pleased with my stay here! Brought my family here, and a pleasant night with good breakfast buffet. On top of that, the pool is very huge giving fun times to my family.

The hotel too comes with game room for adults and kids, besides their gym!

The room is very clean and services are fast as well. But bear in mind that peak seasons/weekends can get busier. Hence the receptionist might response slower than before.

Interestingly the lounge cafe provides affordable and tasty desserts/coffee! The prices are affordable and huge selection of menu.

Will definitely come here again for the pool experience 🥰

Review for Ramadan Buffet 2025

The buffet offers a great dining experience with delicious food and a wide variety of options to choose from. The service from the servers was excellent—polite, attentive, and efficient.

However, I had a disappointing experience with the sales representative, Mr. Ridzuan. He took three days to respond to my inquiry, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, he informed me that birthday celebrations were not accommodated at the buffet (even something as simple as serving a slice of cake with a recorded or live birthday song). Yet, during my visit, I witnessed another table celebrating a birthday. This was extremely disappointing, especially when I saw the excitement on my wife’s face turn into disappointment upon realizing the song being played was not for her.

I truly appreciate the great food and service from the restaurant staff, but the misinformation and lack of responsiveness from the sales representative left a negative impression.

Service was slow. Slow check in process and baggage delivery. Many area to improve

Shorthanded of staff. Staff not really welcoming and lack of professionalism (But bellboy Qasha & one more big guy is very very good and professional)

Room wasn’t impressive. Not as par as other 5 stars hotel. Soundproofing not so good. No hand towel. Housekeeping can be improved.

Breakfast was OK. Normal Hotel Breakfast.

Swimming pool also OK. Gym, kids room, game room OK.

Suggestion :
1) Please do benchmark other 5 star Hotel
2) Please do good maintenance. Some of the equipment already started broken and aging even just opened for 2 years. Room AC, fridge cabinet, elevators directory, bird nest and etc. Such a waste if it not maintain properly.
3) Give more training to staff. Prepare for peak season.

Went there during the CNY holiday in 2023, and since then, I’ve been longing to go again, but time has been short.

Everything was great, starting from the check-in process. The rooms are spacious, and the ambience is absolutely superb—certainly one of those resorts that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to return.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options including Chinese, Japanese, Western, and local delights. The dining area is spacious, and the indoor decorations are stunning.

The park is conveniently located next door, within walking distance, and it’s great as well.

For me, everything was wonderful there. I’m just working on arranging my schedule to visit again.

Room is nice. The whole place is beautiful. Breakfast is average. The poolside food n drinks are bad. Ordered the milkshake which tasted like cheap vanilla with milk texture. French fries took 40 mins for that amount of fries. I expected when paying a bit premium the food is at least hotel grade.
