  1. OK, this hotel is nice but not perfect. The biggest issue for me was the noise – since Bukit Bintang is a busy area, it’s very noisy outside, and while the windows are pretty good, you can still hear outside and until quite late. So if you’re a light sleeper, at the very least take your earplugs. Other than that, the room had everything I needed, was quite clean and charming, the stuff were helpful and the overall experience was nice. The arrival was a bit weird since I was asked to pay 100 MR deposit which is not the most usual practice in hotels, and sign some weird form that I won’t be bringing horses to the hotel (I’m not making it up – read the form, it’s quite strange). So if you like shopping and don’t mind the noise that much, it’s a good choice.

  2. Was a little anxious due to some reviews but had a completely different experience. The hotel is fairly new so everything in and outside of the room is still fresh. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists although a little overwhelming. If you are in KL for a couple of days I would highly recommend going here.

  3. I stayed here for two nights to explore Kuala Lumpur. I had a lovely stay. The rooms are clean and surprisingly big. The reception is kind and professional.
The gym is minimal, but has what you need for a quick workout.
The location of the hotel is really good for a short visit. The metro is just around the corner – quick to get to/from the airport – and close proximity to popular attractions like the Petronas Towers and the Menara.
Though expect the streets outside to be really busy in the evenings.

  4. Amazing hotel. Central location and 2mins walk from Jalan Alor but yet so quiet inside. Also close to Lot 10 Huang for food and Pavillion for food/shopping. Staff are friendly and immediately helpful e.g. when safe didnt work in my room and shower clogged up- I messaged them and within 10mins they had arrived and fixed it. Bed was so large and comfortable. Pillows soft and thick. Everywhere was so clean. Daily water and other free amenities like razor/toothbrush/toothpaste etc all provided for free. I cannot recommend this hotel enough- an amazing experience. Especially travelling as a solo female I felt very safe the whole trip.

  5. First time staying at this hotel and I really love it! I love the location, so near to the food and shopping area all walking distance. The vibrancy of the the Bukit Bintang area so uplifting the room were super nice, clean and comfortable. Most importantly the hotel were amazing! Special mention and thanks to the Front desk Check in staff Mr. Sinaysh for being so accommodating and so friendly. Your service is top notch five star service! Your interaction and your communication skills with guests clearly shows your experience and your expertise in guest relations. Mr Sinaysh, You are definitely an asset to your company and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours in the hospitality industry.
