It’s part of one of the best malls in KL. Midvalley .Shopping is easy with plenty of choice for all kind of purse. It’s a 4 stars hotel but the price is cheap for € owners. You need a car to go anywhere else but taxis are always quickly available n’ cheap!
Very clean. Large and comfortable rooms with fridge, safe and kit for ironing! The hotel restaurant menu interesting and so cheap.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a fairly convenient choice in terms of location. It provided easy access to key areas, making it a practical option for travelers.
However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. Before my arrival, I had made a specific request through a third-party booking platform. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the hotel was unable to accommodate my request. That being said, I don’t hold the hotel entirely responsible, as the issue might have stemmed from a miscommunication with the booking platform.
One of my main concerns was the bathroom faucet, which had visible rust. Hygiene is something I take quite seriously, so this was a bit disappointing. While it didn’t ruin my overall experience, it’s definitely an area that could use some improvement.
Despite these drawbacks, I would still rate this hotel an 8 out of 10. The overall experience was decent, though soundproofing could have been better, as noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms was somewhat noticeable.
Would I stay here again? Possibly, if these minor issues were addressed.
Room are small but overall is good, clean, aircon cold, water pump also excellent. Parking was sharing to the mall the best way to access hotel lobby you need to find Gate C parking, hotel walking to mall was just about 2-3 minute only.
I had the pleasure to stay here for 18 days with my family. Long vacation celebrating the eve of new year.
Although the room is small but it’s very comfortable. Just enough for the two of us. Breakfast options available, WiFi were fast and room service was impeccable.
What we enjoyed the most is My Thai massage centre just at the lobby. After long hour of shopping we can just drop by and have our foot massage.
Overall we had a wonderful experiences staying with Cititel. It’s our top list hotel now whenever we think of going to Kuala Lumpur.
Enjoyed my short stay here. Liked the location (and accessibility to the mall), the clean and relatively sound-proof room, and the filtered water near the lifts. Experience was however slightly marred by the check-in staff, who I think wore their dislike/bias on their face.
