Very pleasant and comfortable two night stay. Staff welcoming and helpful. Bed comfortable and everything clean if not a little dusty. Great location and walking distance to the river strip and lots of restaurants.
The only best is the location just a throw away to jonker street melaka world heritage sites. The rest of the boutique hotel is average and not at their best.
Room is old and many need refurbishment and improvements like bathroom divider, bed frame etc. Then housekeeping service also lacking. There are no toilet paper and also teaspoon which I think is basic.
Front desk reception is good thou but not everyone doing the same expectations.
Tips: Parking around jonker is the worst and hotel do not have own parking and also cannot park at the back as the road is yellow line and will get summons. The only paid parking is near the junction and per day is RM8 and after 12am will charge next day.
First time here and will be my last time here! Not recommended this hotel at all!!! Here’s my personal experience. Booked a junior suites, was very disappointed with the cleanliness. Enter the room and saw few hair on the floor, whole room dust, it seems long time no people stay. Forgot to take picture. Complained to the receptionist direct upgraded our room to executive suite. Both the rooms were very bad condition and old. It’s seriously old and not well maintain
There’s mosquitoes in my rooms. Cannot sleep well for the whole night. Both my kids woke up with many mosquito bites on the face 😡 Rooms were dirty. You can see spider web on the ceilings, curtain very dirty!!!
Would be the worst hotel I stayed so far! Cleanliness 2.5/10
The third time we have stayed and it was great. The building is very old but nicely renovated and the rooms cleverly separated. So close to Jonker St for the market and the other ‘must see’ historic locations. Thoroughly recommended!
❇️ This small-scale boutique hotel, Courtyard@ Heeren, Melaka, is just 2 mins away from Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock ( the famous shopping street of Malacca.)
My wife and I stayed at Courtyard at Heeren twice. 🌿 This is a truly lovely & beautiful heritage hotel which is very close to Jonker street ( the popular touristy street)
● The rooms here are gorgeously designed with an updated modern & stylish Peranakan flair. Prices are very reasonable too.
🟫 Bed, bathroom, toilet, dressing table, wardrobe area, etc are all well designed.✅️ The staff were also very polite kind, nice and cheerful. They take passion in their hotel hospitality work here.
🟦 I highly recommend this Courtyard at Heeren Melaka hotel to tourists who wants a reasonably priced hotel room rate and a hotel which is close to all the top sights in the Jonker street area.
