Lift is good and fast. 5 lifts are installed, which are enough.
Service is fine.
Their area is small. Gym is ok not much options. Swimming pool is on 33rd floor which is shallow and small but very beautifully maintained. Food is also good.
Excellent hotel! Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed was really comfy and the bathroom was great too. Decent range of channels to choose from with access to Netflix too. Swimming pool on the roof was also great with a decent view. Highlight for us was the breakfast! Lots of variety to choose from and all delicious – would definitely recommend the roti and pastries.
As a IHG Diamond Ambassador, I have just completed another two nights stay in the Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur. With the IHG annual lounge pass, we had access to the executive lounge where we were warmly welcomed again by Mr. Harry.
Harry was so patient to process our check-in even though it was past his working time – we were caught by traffic from KLIA and reached the hotel late. He went through the room choices for this stay and knew our room preferences. He is a star and while we did not want to take up his time further, we were so grateful for his patience.
Many thanks to the ladies who we interacted with for the rest of our stay: Nur Sam and Yasmin – nothing is of great problem and every communication was conducted professionally, yet imbued with empathy and friendliness. Special mention to the club F&B staff as the evening cakes were delicious.
All in all, the Crowne Plaza offers an extremely high value-to-price accommodation alternative; it will be our first choice amongst the various IHG properties when we are in KL.
very bad service. stay here for 3 days. everything extremely slow. check in & check out take a long time. even already press the button in the morning for clean room service no one come clean my room until evening. i had to call FOUR times to ask for clean my room since i have room service so it’s smell like food. & included the breakfast, the food was nice yet the plate & cutlery very dirty.
i was forgot to take my shopping bags upon check out, asked the staff. she said it’s not there & only have contact lense there. I am genuinely think they check wrong room since i never wear contact lense in my life.
