The experience of staying at this hotel leaves much to be desired. The reality does not quite match the image advertised, and the hotel clearly doesn’t deserve its four-star rating. We were disappointed; the cleanliness of the room is relative—there’s a layer of dust under the bed, and when you enter the room, you immediately notice a broom and dustpan by the entrance. After checking out, you’re not allowed to leave trash in the bin; you must take it out, or you’ll be fined 200 ringgit. It feels more like a short-term apartment rental than a hotel. The reception is not staffed 24/7, only during certain hours for check-in and check-out. Some of the security staff were quite rude, but there were also a few who were pleasant. I would not return here, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
Very good place to stay at. There are many culinary places nearby. Some opened til late night so if you are someone that would like to try local food, this is a nice place.
Many reviews complained about deposits but luckily, I didnt have any trouble with my cash deposit. RM200 was immediately returned after checkout.
The room is spacious and clean. The view to the city centre is beautiful too. The gym was under renovation but the pool can be used. There is also a restaurant on the top floor (level 20)
I had an amazing stay here. Spend about 6 days. Everything was perfect, room was nice, has swimming pool on the roof top with restaurant as well. Affordable price. Just that I lost two of my items, which I could not locate which got me upset. Other than that really great experience overall. Roof top has some of the greatest views of night life of Kuala Lumpur.
Room smelt so bad and strongly of drains that it made me feel ill & gave me a headache everyday. Toilet cistern constantly running, so you never hear the end of sound of running water, but couldn’t be fixed as the water level is too high. Fridge doesn’t work. Weren’t given any complimentary water in room on arrival. Aircon & television remotes didn’t work & had dead batteries in them. Went to reception who gave us some more batteries, that were also dead. But hey, at least we had a good view of a dump from our room. Best thing about this place is the pool & view from the rooftop 🙂
Big room but the bathing area need upgrading. Good location to local foodfare and away from the massive jam.
