  1. My stay at the Estadia Hotel was great. The hotel is clean and all the staff are great, always smiling, cheerful and always happy to help. My room was nice, it had everything I needed and the bed and pillows made for a good nights rest. Breakfast is really good, as there is always a wide variety to suit everyone. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

  2. Wonderful stay here 🫶🏻 I stayed in a deluxe suite but the room is small and tidy. I enjoyed my time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay in the area.

    Pros:
    – The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.

    – The location was perfect close to key attractions and easy to navigate.

    Cons:
    – Unfortunately, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working which was inconvenient for storing snacks and drinks.

    – The hotel parking is located on Level 4,5,6 shared with hatten hotel and guests need to take the lift down to the lobby on Level 3.

    – The parking fee is very reasonable at MYR 5 for the first 24 hours but after that the standard hourly rate applies.

  3. Good location as it is right beside the bus bay and I had 2 elderly with me so walking is best kept minimal. The suite was also good since it has a living area, 2 separate rooms and 2 separate toilets. I have read multiple reviews of poor cleanliness but for my room at least, I would say it was fairly clean ignoring some old water marks at less conspicuous areas.

Facilities were a huge miss. Light switches and knobs were loose or the cover was completely gone.
Wifi was unstable. When phones got locked out or when u leave the hotel, the wifi gets logged out and u will have to reenter the long password again. The hotel cards were also horrible. We had 2 night stays and everyday we had to go to the lobby to get access as the system locks u out every day. The lifts also required card access and
similarly there were many occasions where it could not detect the cards.

Front office staff were also poorly trained in service esp the Indian young lady. She was unhelpful and unfriendly during the check in and her tone and expression seems to tell everyone she is very done with her job. Only good service was from the Malay Pakcik who helps to store bags. He was courteous and smiley and often made small conversations
Overall this hotel is worth it for the price, the room size and location so I’ll likely book again if I’m travelling in a group. If couple, I’ll probably consider another hotel.

  4. Very decent hotel despite being situated in a mall that looks abandoned (all the shops on level 3 where its lobby is on has been vacated).

A little more effort can be made in maintenance. Checked in to a room where its shower head holder was damaged. Despite this, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

  5. Had our booking on 2nd February 2025. Location of hotel is at heart of the city which is great . But the room is dirty when I checking in. Stain in table top, stain in the carpet & under bathroom sink. Breakfast is just okay. Not so many choices. One more thing parking is an hassle. Parking at level 4, need to go down to level 3, then walk in into gloomy peranakan style walkway to go into lobby. If you bring old people, suggested to drop them by the lobby whereby the area is located in between bus parking. Overall 2.5/5. Most importantly this is just the budget version of Hatten Hotel.
