The pro for this hotel is no swimming pool, with that kind of price sometime RM300 should at least have a pool. The room is good and comfortable BUT not the air inside which is oil smelly if u don’t turn on air con. Sound proof is mid good and kind of trouble if u invite guest without key can’t go up to see you. But their house keeping is VERY good compared to other hotel. They did the job nicely for you. I questioning the slowness of the mobile key too. They do provide self laundry service for RM10 for washing and RM10 for drying still ok. I think if they lower down the room price this is still a good deal but with price without discount, this hotel is not so worth the money at all.
Good hotel, rooms were clean and well equipped. Negative to mention is that the door to the bathroom was not so stable and there was no soap next to the sink. Also the surrounding was pretty noisy through the night, even on the upper floors you could hear the cars down on the street. But still the hotel was pretty fine, would stay here again.
I would describe Fairfield by Marriott as ‘classy & compact’ with excellent hygiene standards. The highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast. The spread was a balanced combination of food ranging from Malaysian, American, French and much more! The staff made us feel welcome and were efficient in their work. We have no negative feedback and will definitely return to Fairfield.
Great place, Affordable easy access to kl city center 5-10 mins, and its also near to public transport. Not to worry about dinner or lunch, surrounding have varieties of Malaysian cuisine, especially when you solo travel as me ! but they have In room dining, should try.
For coffee lover like me bonus point, they also have the market which sell few pastry and coffee too & dessert like cake. I love it here, feels like second home.
I checked in a few days ago for a meeting held at Fairfield. My entire stay was wonderful and the staff were so lovely! From my check in process to the meetings, everything went extremely smoothly. The buffet spread at the restaurant was enough to satisfy myself and my colleagues taste. Would definitely come back and stay here.
