The view of the swimming pool at this hotel is quite nice. However, the agent’s service was not very good. We had to wait quite a while for the agent to arrive for check-in. The lifts are separated by floors, but they didn’t clearly inform us which direction to take, causing me to go to the wrong room. Overall, the room was clean. There were two bedrooms and one bathroom, but both the room doors and bathroom door were broken. The overall experience of staying here was not very pleasant.
The worst experience ever! This is one of Platinum Suite in the same building as The Face Suits. In fact, there are many landlords and property groups renting suites in this building. You have to contact the staff via WhatsApp, so you have to wait for at least 10 minutes every time. I stayed for two nights. The room on the first day was very nice. It was spacious with wonderful view. However, there was no hot water to shower. Then I was suddenly told at 23:30 pm my room needs repairs, so the staff asked me to change rooms on the second day. How ridiculous and totally unreasonable!!! But to be honest, even I was unhappy, I can only accept it. As a result, the room on the second day was quite small, at lower floor with a poor view. The worst thing was that it was very dirty. The walls were moldy, the sheets were stained, and the condom packaging garbage was in the corner of the bed. After talking to the staff, someone came to help me to change the sheets, but there was still no hot water. Anyway, the staff was not willing to solve any problems. In addition, it requires a 200rm deposit for check-in. You have to wait the elevator for a while. There is a mosque next to it and in the early morning it will play scriptures loudly. The biggest attraction is the infinity swimming pool on the top floor. It is really beautiful, but there are a lot of people. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. There is a monorail station next to it. If you just want an infinity pool there should be a better choices.
Not in receptionist table but with person come to us (salesman)for settle and we must give deposit 200RM without receipt bill for deposit.. not professional way for good and nice room
Booked whole apartment and it was an amazing experience.
The swimming pool was the highlight of stay.
Great views
The unit was good, very modern and classy. Located near to Kampung Baru which the foods are lot to find. About the unit, I don’t have any complaint, only the floor need to be cleaned properly.
But I do have issues with the agent/staff. They hold my deposit for mistakes they did! The parking issue as the access card was not functionally well and suddenly they put the blame on us. How possibly we entered the building without the access card? I asked for receipt, but until now I didn’t received any and they ignored me. My depo was still on hold. I tried to call them but they didn’t pick up. Terribly bad experience dealing with this kind of people.
