Water temperature of the shower fluctuates, especially when using the shower head but was better with the rainshower.
Reception was able to give us a room with a view of the twin towers, and also quick to agree to a late check out.
Amazing facilities for the kids, so highly recommended if you have one. At check out, we even got a complementary gingerbread man. Little one is now asking to return to this hotel soon!
I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and while the staff were professional and helpful, the overall environment was not suited for business travelers. This hotel clearly prioritizes families with children, which is evident in the atmosphere throughout the property.
The breakfast buffet felt more like a kindergarten playground, with children running, jumping, crying, and screaming, while many parents seemed preoccupied with their phones. The same vibe carried into the lobby during the rest of the day.
I regret choosing this hotel for business purposes. If you’re traveling for work and need a quieter environment, I strongly recommend considering other options.
Initially we stayed at room 1514 but there was the issue of the shower heater where the hot water fluctuated randomly it was either too hot or too cold. The people came to look but could not guarantee that the problem would not happen again. Air conditioner was also a problem where it switched off automatically in the middle of the night. The hotel staff at the counter was kind enough to change our room to 1910 and it was perfect 😃thank you. The breakfast was good with a wide spread and we could get our seats quickly. We were thankful that everything turned out well. The rooms were very expensive though😊
Love this hotel… Suitable for children’ weekend retreat with its theme park facilities.
This is our second stay after our first visit in June this year.
However try to skip bookings
during school semester holidays which normally attract huge crowd & delay during check ins to get your rooms.
I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and made check-in easy. The lobby looked nice and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable. The bed was soft, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the bathroom was neat with good toiletries.
The hotel also had great facilities. The breakfast had options, and the coffee was good. I enjoyed spending time by the pool—it was clean and wide, perfect for unwinding. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions but still quiet enough to relax.
The best part of my stay was the staff. They were always helpful and kind, ready to assist with anything I needed. They made me feel welcome and cared for.
The only thing disadvantage is that they will not accept NUA for suites & premier rooms here but only for next tier room (does not matter if you book 1months or 1year earlier). Even if the room is available on the day. You can try to request from front desk during check in but you will get nothing as they will not let you have the room.
Overall, this is the hotel will great facilities and you will rationally get what you paid only regardless of your membership tier (silver gold platinum titanium or ambassador)
