We booked this apartment for the sole reason of the rooftop pool.We could have got a better located apartment and cheaper apartment without a pool.However on arrival we were informed that the pool was not open for the two days we were there due to preparations.This information had been shared with all residents and owners a week earlier.This is very poor behaviour and if we had been informed we would have stayed elsewhere.We have asked management for some refund and an apology but nothing so far!!!!
The room could have been better. So many things need maintenance. The service was very good.
