  1. I recently stayed at the Grand Millennium Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Despite arriving during a very busy check-in period, the front desk staff, especially Devi, went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was smooth and stress-free.

    Devi greeted us with a warm smile and patiently assisted us, even though the lobby was bustling with other guests. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to make us comfortable stood out. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and even offered helpful recommendations during our stay.

    The hotel itself was excellent the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The facilities, including the dining options and recreational areas, were top-notch, adding to the overall great experience.

    What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Devi. Her dedication and hospitality set a high standard for customer service.

I experienced a wait of nearly one hour during check-in, which, unfortunately, set a less favorable tone for the start of my stay. Similarly, the check-out process was noticeably slow, which caused some inconvenience during my departure.

    I believe that an improvement in front-desk efficiency and better coordination could significantly enhance the guest experience. Given the hotel’s reputation, I hope the management takes proactive steps to streamline these processes.

    Despite these setbacks, the hotel does have its merits, such as its strategic location and overall facilities, which made other aspects of the stay enjoyable. However, addressing these operational delays would greatly elevate the overall guest satisfaction…

  3. Really dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. As a guest expecting a high standard of service in a 5-star hotel, I encountered several issues that severely impacted my experience:

    1. Location: The hotel is situated in a highly congested area, leading to significant traffic delays and inconvenience on Saturday.
    2. Check-in Delay: My check-in process took over an hour, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Despite my online check-in the day before, I was not provided a room until after 5 pm. I also noticed several families with children still waiting long after this time.
    3. Insufficient Reception Staff: Only two counters were open during peak check-in times, leading to unnecessary delays. The reception staff frequently went inside to check room availability when they could have done so online, further prolonging the wait.
    4. Online Check-in Issue: Although I had already completed my check-in online a day earlier, the reception staff could not locate my check-in details, which added to the frustration.
    5. Room Key Issue: While the room itself was satisfactory, my key card became inactive after dinner, requiring me to return to reception to have it reactivated.
    6. Breakfast Confusion: Despite my room package including breakfast, I was informed by the staff that my name was not on their list, forcing me to make a scene at reception to have it added.
    7. Checkout Delays: Upon checkout, I was again required to wait for an additional 30 minutes, further detracting from my experience.
    8. Overall Service: The overall lack of efficiency and poor planning in staffing created a frustrating and disappointing experience during my stay. I don’t see any Managers or Management level to assist during the abnormal situation and just leave it to the staff to handle alone.

    Based on these issues, I will not be returning to your hotel and cannot recommend it to others. This has been my sincerest feedback. I hope this feedback will be used to improve your services for future guests.

  4. Room is spacious, breakfast spread is good, location excellent but check in process is disappointing. Tried check in around 2.30 and counter say can register and pay deposit first but only can receive key at 3pm. Done the registration process and return at 3pm and thought a special lane for picking up key but have to line up with the rest. Waited another 45 minutes to receive room key as some in front was just doing the registration which take 15 minutes per person average. Only 2 counter was open for check in during 3pm on a Saturday catering to around 15+- pax lining up to check in.

  5. Had a nice stay here, hotel room nice and clean. The only bad thing is the bath tub, i would really love to have a nice and warm bath but when i look in the bath tub, the bath tub was not so clean. I saw some dirt, tried to clean it but i just cant imagine myself to be bathing inside.. it was not the worst but it was not clean. But its alright, not so biggie, i liked the stay. Oh and one more, i liked the coffee machine.
