The Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman North is conveniently located right next to its sister property, the Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur South. It’s important to note the two locations are adjacent, so double-check the address to avoid confusion. I absolutely loved this hotel for its combination of price, location, and excellent staff. Situated in the vibrant Chow Kit area, the hotel is surrounded by fantastic dining options. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer stunning views of the iconic Petronas Towers. The hotel also features a small gym with free weights, treadmills, and other equipment, as well as a convenient guest laundry room. The buffet breakfast is also amazing. I loved the variety of food offered. What truly stood out was the affordability without compromising on quality. The room was equipped with all the essential amenities, making it a fantastic value for money. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem in Kuala Lumpur, offering comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice, especially the bed, pillows, and blankets, which are very comfortable. The air conditioning is cold, and the hot water works well. There is a gym, coin laundry, and a rooftop swimming pool, as well as a rooftop bar with a view of Kuala Lumpur.

The location is close to a Padang Sederhana restaurant, and there is another Padang restaurant in front of the hotel. Several nearby shops also offer Indonesian food.

The breakfast is decent—not extraordinary, but sufficient.

If I visit again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

This hotel was really good. Whenever I needed anything i just text them through whatsapp and they help me out. Customer service was perfect and also the rooms and washroom was beautiful and had a small city view. But if you got to the next building the south one, there is a beautiful city view and a pool you should go to!

Electricity stopped in the morning, so you have to use toilet in darkness, you can’t charge your electronic devices.

Then I wondered, how will they clean this hotel without electricity? The checkout staff told me it’s out of their control, due to a lack of power in the area.

Dirty stained floors, showing lack of maintenance for years.

Mouldy walls.

Stinky entrance.

Lift couldn’t close multiple times.

The best part is the price. The bed itself was very clean.

Edit: I originally thought we got insect bites at this hotel, but turns out it was caused by another hotel. I later learnt it was definitely not this hotel, but the previous one we stayed at!

I check out at mid night and move to other place due to too noisy sound from everywhere. The ‘vroom’ sound from sport car and motorbike keep disturb my sleep at midnight till 5am. the center ventilation fan motor sound non stop and knocking sound from lift to the wall whole midnight. my room was 1603 which next to lift and face to road. this is the first time i move out from a hotel at 5am to find a another to sleep. The sound proof is really bad.

Apart from this, the price is cheap and you can get what you have paid.
