Clean room , the room smells good , comfortable bed and good value! very fast to check in. AC worked very well. Thanks to anisah very helpful and friendly also cute person. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed in the room : refrigerator,kettle,slippers,laundry bag,hair dryer,shower cap,cotton buds, etc. Will come back for sure!!! Also for the breakfast the food was really good !! RM30.00 for 1 person. Me and my husband really enjoy it.
Front desk staff was very friendly and professional, although she’s very young. Daily room service was a satisfactory — clean and tidy. He greets us politely whenever he sees us. This hotel replaces water bottle with a huge water dispenser machine along the corridor — chill or hot as you want anytime of the day. This is a great environmental friendly act. No early morning praying noise. Just a bit complain about the TV, too small and low resolution of local channels only!
Good chain hotel. Rooms decent size with good wardrobe space. Beds reasonably comfortable. Good breakfast with buffet and egg cooking starion. Quick lifts and very good location for walking or tours.
Hotel bar bit average and pool didn’t open until 8am which was shame as missed sunrise at 7am. Overall recommend 👌
This hotel is very strategic as the location is nearby some eatery and bars, which are all walkable (5-10 Mins). Whether you are here for vacation or business it is not bad.
Hotel room and the toilet is clean and indoor parking at the hotel is free if you are staying there. All you need to do is validate the parking ticket / TNG and the front desk.
Staff are super friendly and helpful during my stay.
There is option for breakfast or none breakfast for guest to choose.
The hotel also provides iron, for guest to iron their clothes and there is water filter outside of the hotel room along the corridors.
We took the deluxe double room for our trip. The room is spacious, and the bed is big and comfortable. Our room comes with a mini bar so we can store drinks and small food items in it. The hotel didn’t supply bottled water due to their sustainability pledge but gave each room a refillable pitcher so that you could get the water from a water dispenser on the corridor of each floor. Location wise is the best. Most of the attractions in Georgetown are walkable. There’s cafes, museums, shopping centres and local Penang eateries to explore nearby. Another main reason that we chose this hotel is because they have a secure parking space. Tickets can be validated at the hotel reception.
