The hotel is right next to a mall, so you have access to shopping and food, drugstore etc. super convenient. The most impressive of this hotel is the services. I was not feeling well when I stayed here the first night so need to stay one more night by myself and the rest of the tour group went on with the itinerary. The hotel staff took good care of me by ordering food and delivering to my room. Very thoughtful and friendly staff. I will stay here again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INNSIDE by Meliá, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, and the atmosphere of the hotel was both modern and inviting. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the design, which added to the overall relaxed vibe of the hotel.
One person who truly stood out during my stay was Ms Lalithaa. She went above and beyond in assisting me throughout my visit, offering helpful tips and ensuring that I had everything I needed. Her warmth and professionalism were much appreciated, and I’m deeply thankful for her kindness and support.
The staff were super friendly and helpful especially Ms. Lalithaa, Mr. Hasreey and their team. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport. Would definitely recommend to my family & friend to stay there. Although the hotel have great hospitably crew, but it also have some technical problem that i would like to highlight, during my stay i found that the shower water heater does not work well and having problem with the reinforcement lock swing. I hope this review can reach to the respective department to improve this matter.
This hotel is pretty decent but I would consider it more of a 3 star hotel. There are basic amenities here like a small but function check-in area with some seating to do work and to chill while waiting for your transport. The gym and pool are pretty good for what it’s worth.
There looks to be quite a bit of unfinished areas around the gym level but it doesn’t look like it’s going to be done soon.
The breakfast is basic with 10 dishes to choose from and they don’t really change much each day. But it’s decent enough to get some fuel going for the rest of your day.
The hotel hosts quite a bit of tour groups which is just worth noting but doesn’t really affect the experience at all.
The staff are friendly but other than breakfast, room service and check in, there is almost no other way you will see a service staff. I thought most Malaysian hotels have a security guard at the door but this didn’t.
And security is a large concern for this hotel because it is easily accessed from the EkoCheras Mall at Ground and First levels, and we had a knock on the door from someone who mistook Level 13A from Level 13 (which means anyone can access any floor!). But Cheras is a decent area and the mall is okay, it’s just a matter of security within the hotel premises.
Accessibility for this station is great, with a direct sheltered access to Taman Mutiara MRT on the Kajang Line which brings you straight to TRX, Bukit Bintang and a short transfer to KLCC. This is somehow a rare feature in KL due to poor walkability and saves you lots of money and time as you don’t have to wait in traffic.
Overall a great hotel, just treat it as a solid 3 star hotel and a good base to explore KL.
