The location is pretty nice, it’s close to subway station and there is a food street downstairs with a lot of cafes and restaurants. Rooftop infinity pool with amazing view and clean, comfortable room. The stuff is super nice and hospitable, can help you with anything. 🙌❤🌷
Don’t book “Lucentia Suites Klcc By Classy”!! They are a bunch of crooks. In Booking they don’t allow payment so you have to pay cash. First and foremost they upped my room price with 100rm right before check in! On top of this there’s over 26% of service and tax not included in the price. They’re clearly trying to lure you in with a good price and hope to get away with it when you hand over the cash. I’m glad I caught it and cancelled my booking on the spot.
Absolutely horrified by my experience with booking this apartment. My booking was cancelled for no reason on the day I was supposed to arrive in Malaysia. Manager Saidul is incredibly unhelpful. I have travelled all over the world and never had such a bad experience

The security is very good, the quality of the products in the store is good, and the new products in the brand shop are cheaper than in the Suria mall.
