Such a gorgeous property, beautiful pool with a children and adult slide. Plenty of very picturesque spots, it holds the name resort but I felt it just lacks the 5 star finish in some aspects.

There was nothing bad about the hotel in general, staffs were prompt, breakfast buffet had a wide spread, we also had the lunch buffet with a great deal. Very good in room entertainment too, a lot of updated and new movies.

However, in-room dining was extremely lacking. With those prices, there could have been so much more in terms of portion and taste. We could hear noises from the above room and in the middle of the night around 3-4am, noises from outside our door – people walking and pushing giant metal trolleys.

The room was nice but not as spacious. Maybe because it was under the lowest category(?) so only basic items and amenities. Still a very pleasant stay, just wish that it had more because it is a 5-star property.

I cannot imagine how busy the crowd gets on weekends. Even on weekdays with so many events and functions, it was quite busy at the restaurant and people were bustling in and out.

The location of this place is really good the room is clean as well. However, never once in my life I was asked to pay for drinking water. Requested for few bottles of water to be send to the room and they called to inform us that RM5 would be charged for each bottle. What happened to the motto of the hoteliers? Provide a home away from home? Never knew I had to bring my own water to hotel stays. Good job, eye opening.

Nice place to stay.. but EXCELLENT EXCELLENT treatment by staff !
All staff are well trained, greeted us with smiles from the moment we stepped into the hotel.. to me, in order to rate the place is best on how they treat their guest during peak and busy season, i came here during Christmas holiday.. veryyyy busy and many family enjoying their stay, but the staff are always fast, efficient and they treat us w smile.. even the pool also has pool guard whom always alert ! To my surprise he is very professional.. a kid is playing in front of the pool slide, and he immediately came to pull the kid off to avoid any injuries.
Overall i enjoyed the stay and will definitely come here again because of the excellent treatment by hotel staff.. the room is nice, spacious , just the light is a bit dim.. and lack of variety for buffet dinner(but still, nice food served)

My wife & I stayed at this M Resort for 4d/3n coinciding with our attendance at a wedding dinner held at this resort hotel. I must say that the resort which sits on top of a hillside is a “love at first sight” when we arrived. We were warmly welcomed by the front service staff & the building looks new & beautiful. The room was nicely furnished & the amenities were top class. The washroom comes with bedet all toiletries needed were provided for. The wedding dinner was lavish & beautifully decorated & the dinner was a 5 star feast! The high number of waiters & waitresses present kept the drinks flowing & the food served was timely. No fuse no complaints! Congratulations to all the staff & management at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur! Great host & excellent service!

I stayed at the hotel recently, and while the overall experience was fine, I did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The room space was quite small and seemed a bit dusty upon arrival. Additionally, I had to request an iron, as it wasn’t available in the room. There was no bathtub, which I found disappointing. Considering the price of the room, I expected a higher level of comfort and amenities. Other than that, please check email just in case customer request any complimentary. I hope these points can be addressed to improve the guest experience.
