This hotel I checked in 2014 in 10 years ago last year I remember for a school camp with my friends and teachers from Eden School in melaka for stepping out crossing boundaries camp trip
And the hotel room is not very nice because it’s like you’re staying in a condominium and a lot of swallowtail moths downstairs at the lobby and moths were flying inside the room
And this is my second trip to melaka malaysia and I am so happy that I loved the food and the desserts are insane I rate 10/10

The rooms have been bought out and are being let to guests through airbnb etc.

Our apartment was disgusting and almost nothing worked. I would recommend you steer well clear of this place. If you get a host called Vivian or Andy you know the place is going to be a nightmare.

The hotel lift in wing 2 was not working. This was worse because my room was on the 11th floor of wing 2. When we booked a room in this hotel’s wing 2, no one informed us about the non-functional lift. After my husband and I arrived, we discovered the lift was completely out of service, and we had to use the stairs. They couldn’t change the wing & room; this was disgusting. The entrance wasn’t the same. We faced difficulty finding only one entrance, which was at the end side of the hotel, and all other entrances were off. The price was very high, and the service was very, very bad. The room was good for a couple, and the location was also good, near A’ Famosa.

Room was very dirty. Anywhere where a mop couldn’t reach was covered with dust and grime. Shelves had little dust, but still very noticeable. Bathroom was horrifying for anyone with any basic standard, the floor caulking and corners were completely black. Almost anything in this place was either broken or in the brink of it. I wouldn’t dare go into the cupboards and closet. The only saving grace is the cheap price and spacious room, though the roof looks almost about to collapse. The beds were fine, but a bit too dusty for me, the couches had very noticeable age (leatherette were breaking left and right) and headrests were completely removed. The coffee table given was about to break in half, the stools should’ve been thrown out ages ago. In short, cheap place in a good location, but terrible place if you have any standards of living.

The room wasn’t even clean in any way, the room had dust everywhere. 0/10 would not recommend.

First, the entrance is not the same as the map and is not accurate.
The room size is okay, the water heater is not hot at all, and the air conditioner in one room is broken. If you wash things in the kitchen or brush your teeth in the toilet, dirty water will overflow from the room’s toilet. The room becomes very smelly… Customer service does not solve the problem at all.
