A fantastic hotel, in the very center of Kuala Lumpur, the location of the hotel is just a godsend for the traveler, everything is within walking distance, but for those of course who have acclimatized to Asia and the temperature of +30. Excellent service, of course, there are small remarks that you do not need to call my room from the reception after 9 pm, but this was an exception. Overall, five stars, but breakfast on the terrace overlooking the park is magic, I highly recommend starting the day with this.

Most amazing hotel we have stayed at ever! Service exceeded our expectations in every area of the hotel. Warm and friendly, nothing was too much for the staff. Pool area beautiful. Staff very kind and helpful laying out towels for us and bringing us snacks which were complimentary.
Our club room offerings were amazing. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails very generous with delicious food and drinks.
