  1. The location is perfect, right opposite the Times Square mall, walkable from Bukit Bintang, and plenty of 7-eleven around for daily needs. The room rates are quite cheap and service is good. Didn’t take the buffet so unsure of that part.

Pro-tip for folks who want to buy trolleys and luggage at a cheap rate, visit the upper floors of Times Square mall. It is much cheaper than the ones at Chinatown.

  2. The hotel offers a fantastic stay with clean, comfortable rooms and an unbeatable location. The service was good, though there’s a bit of room for improvement. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I would definitely come again!

  3. Hotel Metro is a good choice with comfortable amenities and a prime location that offers easy access to nearby attractions. However, the experience is marred by the unhelpful reception staff, whose indifferent attitude and lack of willingness to assist guests leave much to be desired. Despite the hotel’s potential, the poor customer service at the front desk significantly diminishes the overall experience. With better training and a focus on hospitality, the hotel could truly stand out.

  4. Spacious room complete with wardrobe, mini fridge and many cabinets which is convenient for long term stay. Spacious bathroom with strong water pressure and good heater. There are many parking spaces around the hotel. I checked in for 3 nights and every time I went out and came back there’s always a parking lot available. The location is very strategic too. Berjaya Times square is only a 2 minute walk , Lalaport 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Pavilion is located behind the hotel. There are many restaurants and shops that are open 24 hours around the hotel.

  5. Very bad experience…The front office/ reception staff lacks hospitality….we passed by them many times during our stay and we weren’t once greeted….the tile of the wash basin in our washroom fell on the floor due to poor installation, I was lucky that I wasn’t standing near the wash basin or my feet could have gotten hurt real bad and when I told about this to the reception she didn’t even said sorry, she just said wait for 10-15 mins the maintenance staff will come. Only good thing is the location of the hotel.
