I love the clean and quiet environment of this hotel. The staff is friendly. The location is the main reason why I booked this hotel, which is away from the noisy prime areas but within walking distance to various shopping centers. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next KL trip.
Away from the busy roads. Not too crowded. Staff are very helpful. Great amenities such as laundrette at level 1 where detergent is already provided. Two convenient stores just outside the hotel.
This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my frequent visits to different hotels due to work. I asked the receptionist about late check out upto 1400 for me and a colleague which is very standard for almost all hotels, However the receptionist mentioned that there was booking right after us as this was the weekend… so I asked to extend upto 1300 which is just 1 hour extra until the company extends it to 6pm check out however this was also rejected for reason of no availability. However when I went downstairs to the reception to pay to extend the stay by half a day they had no issue doing it. When I asked if there is a booking after me the receptionist mentioned no. I have never faced such questionable customer service before.
The included breakfast at the hotel is not really up to the mark with a very limited menu. I would suggest just have the breakfast outside the hotel as there are pretty good options to choose from in Bukit Bintang.
Lastly the rooms were not the best as this is an old hotel. There are paint chips here and there and there is a lack of charging ports.
Only redeeming quality of the hotel is that it is reasonably priced. I still wouldn’t recommend it.
A great place to stay. Right at the heart of the city. Walking distance to the happening places. Good view of the KL tower and petronas twin towers too.
We were welcomed by the cute smiling face of Sanjay, the staff who helped us with our bags. He helped us with suggesting the way to some places we were searching for too. Very helpful and kind.

My stay from 21 Oct 24 to 24 Oct 24. Great place..3 spacious room for me and my family, 6 pax. Big hall and kitchen for cooking and enjoyed my stay here. Reception staff is well mannered and super friendly..Was given 3 access card and on the last night, the male staff even offered and extended our checkout time from 12noon to 2pm for free. Will come again..
