Great location. Close to everything but very quiet so you can get a good nights rest.

Reception really helped us the day we arrived and had to rush to the clinic. They found a 25hour clinic, and arranged transport there and back for us (which they didn’t have to do) They really went above and beyond.

The breakfast was very good. Reminded me of back home. Great coffee and lots of food options available.

Only downside I’d say is that there was no fridge in our room(201) but they are busy making improvements.

When we arrive the room was not properly clean, hair on the sheets , toothpaste on the mirror, sink and walls , toilet even dirty (with poop stain) so we complain and they send someone to clean it, they just clean the toilet, the rest still as dirty as before… So got the notice that the breakfast was not open on the first morning because was a group there, on the second morning we are happy to go and try the breakfast. But it’s not a normal breakfast, are extremely local food, no eggs, not even normal juice, just have one kind of juice with condensed milk or something like that. I book this hotel specially because of the breakfast included , was a good price for all. So before breakfast my note is 4/5 because of price/quality after try breakfast 3/5. The receptionist was friendly and the location it’s walking distance from everything. After my comment here they offer a better assistance , and as I said before they are friendly. So I gonna keep like 4 because they actually tried to make an improvement after my feedback.

Stayed in this hotel last weekend. Absolutely disgusted by the hotel rooms. The water contains extremely strong chlorine smell. Exposed wire from heater is a big no no. This will be my first and last in this hotel. Front desk staff Alexanderia was friendly and helpful. Hotel breakfast was all cold and yucky. Overall experience was unpleasant.

I recently stayed at Prima Hotel Melaka and was quite disappointed. The room was dusty and not well-maintained, with furniture that looked old and worn. It felt like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned or cared for in a while. While the location is convenient, the condition of the rooms did not meet my expectations.

I recommend thinking twice before booking, as the hotel’s cleanliness and upkeep leave much to be desired.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, paying RM220 for a room with two single beds. The room was spacious and conveniently located near Jonker Street and Makan Avenue. Breakfast provided was average, with quite a small variety.

However, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The bathroom was clogged and had visible mould, with cracked tiles adding to the overall neglected feel. The carpet in the room was dusty, leaving black traces on my feet. Significant improvements in cleanliness are needed for a more pleasant stay.
