I shared a suite with friends & the rooms were impeccably clean with daily room service, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making for a very restful stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.
The staff at the hotel were always helpful and friendly, & nothing was a problem. Overall, it’s provided excellent value for money with its great service, comfortable accommodation and generous buffet breakfast.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and would certainly stay here again. 🙏

The check-in process was impressively fast and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly and start enjoying my stay.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with an impressive variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The friendly and attentive staff ensured every meal was a pleasant experience.
Another plus is the prime location—just a short walk to Pavilion shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining.

Good hotel, clean rooms, you can feel that the hotel is monitored and taken care of from a technical point of view. But! There is absolutely no service that should be in the department of this level, starting from arrival, no one helped with the luggage, the longest check-in I had, then more, began to forgive the deposit for the mini bar, you are serious! At my request, please release the mini bar as I don’t use it, the answer is our rules. Because of this, it took me another 10 minutes to check out. And in conclusion to the request to bring water to the room – the answer is that we have a limit of 4 bottles for one room, seriously?
I’m a regular at this hotel with my family and the breakfast included for those staying in the residences is usually at level 1. There is now a policy change whereby the level 1 restaurant is now special for hotel visitors only and residents will now have to dine at level 10, otherwise additional payment is required if we were to opt for breakfast at the level 1 buffet (on top of the original price a/p the staff working at the front desk). With no live stations or chefs, along with the lack of variety at level 10, I do not understand why I am paying the same amount to eat at level 10’s buffet, when our annual visit here is solely for the breakfast variety and service.
