  1. Amazing staff make this hotel so special. The room was a little small as we had a large case but that was our only miff. The bed was super comfy, the rainshower amazing, the pool small but well kept and the location great too with food courts easily walkable. Very quiet too considering a busy road. Best of all was the amazing breakfast!!!! May was a brilliant host/chef and was so passionate about the food she delivered. Amazing stay and recommended!

  2. We stayed at this place for 3 nights and it was awesome! The location was spot on and we had a killer view of the Jetty. The room was just right for me, my partner, and our little one. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Plus, they offer airport transfer for a little extra cash which was a total game changer. Overall, a solid stay and would definitely come back again!

  3. The best 3 star hotel we have been to! The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Nice pool ,great coffee machine in each room. Great views of the ocean if you are on the street side. Delicious breakfast and very well located near the old town and near the ferry terminal from Butterworth.

  4. Sea view / jetties from our room. Location is perfect, walkable to anywhere within Georgetown.

Staff are all so friendly and will be happy to answer any queries you have.

Room is super clean and comfy too! They will proactively change your towels and replenish toothbrushes/toothpaste daily. Do take note that to bring your own comb if you need one. There’s no bottled waters too as their tap water is safe to drink.

Will definitely come back here to stay aagain the next time!

  5. Great location about 5 minutes walk from ferry terminal. When exiting the ferry terminal, cross the street at the traffic light first before turning left on the main street, otherwise it will be very hard to cross! The front desk ladies were two older aunties that were very nice. They even gave us a Christmas present in our room. The room and bathroom was large and very spacious for 3 people. It was very close to main food streets and very walkable.

They do require a deposit of $200 (or so..dont remember exactly) on your credit card for incidentals, which is customary in many hotels that we’ve stayed in. The amount is refunded after 2 weeks. However there was a guest checking in before us that was not aware of this and seemed pretty upset with the staff. 🤷
