Swimming pool is great with slide for kids. Staying here for 2 night. Great hospitality. They have KKmart level G & open for 24 hours. Easy parking.

My partner & I stayed at this Airbnb in KL for a week, & my experience was mixed, with a few positives and several notable issues.

Pros:
•Cold Air Conditioning: The aircon worked really well, which was a relief in KL’s hot weather.

•Convenient Location: The Airbnb had good access to train stations, which made it easy to get around. There was also a convenience store near the lobby, which was very handy.

•Friendly Guards: The security guards were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:
•Elevator Issues: The elevator was a bit sketchy. It took time for the door to open, & the card scanner was unreliable.

•Key Access Problems: The door card didn’t work properly, so we had to use the key provided instead. This was inconvenient and not what we expected.

•Transportation Confusion: Grab drivers often had trouble finding the place because the Airbnb was listed under a different name. This added unnecessary confusion when getting dropped off or picked up.

•Poorly Maintained Furniture: The furniture wasn’t well maintained. The couch was stained, & the bathroom drawer was broken and rusty.

•Missing Amenities: The listing claimed shampoo & shower gel would be provided, but none were available. We also expected a bidet, but it wasn’t usable because the water release mechanism was missing.

•Limited Supplies: Only one roll of tissue was provided for our entire 9-day stay, which was insufficient.

•Noise Issues: The unit was located right next to a cemetery, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. There was also loud noise coming from the upstairs room at 2-3 a.m. This made it hard to sleep.

•Laundry and Cleaning Problems: The dryer wasn’t working, & the dishwasher liquid had been diluted with water, so it no longer produced bubbles.
•Dirty Shower: The shower wasn’t clean when we arrived.

•Spa & Sauna: Out of service every time we tried to use it.

•Hot water: the hot water in the shower was unreliable.

•Creepy Experiences: The view from the unit was of the cemetery, which made the stay feel eerie. We also heard unexplained footsteps, which added to the unsettling atmosphere. One time, writing appeared on the bathroom mirror while my partner was showering. We erased it quickly because we didn’t want to dwell on it.

Overall, the Airbnb has potential, but the management needs to improve its maintenance, cleanliness, & the accuracy of the listing. If these issues were addressed, it would make for a much more comfortable stay.

Pros – Rooms are big and spacious for what you get / pay for. Security is present, felt safe, guard was always welcoming, easy and secured parking. On Airbnb, my host was professional and nice.

Cons – It does seem like some parts of the building was run down or could be maintained better, which translated to some elements in the room showing some age. While the room I got was touted as a more “refurbished” one compared to others in the building, carpets were relatively dirty and dusty, the sofa did smell bad. Nothing which “broke” the experience and it was bearable. Room also smelled musty. Would imagine it to be a completely different experience based on the room.

A solid 4. It’s not good but not bad. Won’t feel the urge to stick with this place if back again. Will look at other options in KL next time.

I stayed for 5 nights here in 2024. It is close to 2 different train lines and the Petronas towers are a 10 minute walk away. There is a great bakery in the ground floor and it is close to small convenience stores as well. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable

The room its really big and clean, its so comfort a ke for the kids, the receptionist very kind and welcome. This place is near to twin tower can Walk about 10 minutes, there is mini mart open for 24 hours in this building.
