The best hotel to stay if you’re in KL. Service is excellent, as expected from a Shanghai-La hotel. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and cocktails in the Horizon Club lounge and the daily breakfast at the lemon garden. it’s great that you can sign up your kids for some activities in the hotel and that they have a free shuttle bus going to the malls around the city. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you again soon!
Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke great English. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have been to in the world. Which says a lot as I have traveled to 28 countries. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the standard amenities. The spa/onsen area was superb. Gym was huge and well maintained. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely check out Arthur’s bar and grill, the service, food and cocktails are superb. All the hotel staff are fantastic, the gym has every machine you could ever need, the spa is spotless with an excellent steam, sauna and hot tub and the breakfast is fit for a king. When I win the lottery I’m moving in full time.
It was an amazing hotel with such a good experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The pool, gym and facilities were great. The only thing is the steam room wasn’t working during my stay but the club horizon was fantastic and the service was brilliant! Definitely recommend staying here.
Beautiful hotel with outstanding service! From the time I stepped out from the car at the lobby to the time I checked out after 2 days stay, I’m very happy with all the staff and a special out to Sabrina at the check in desk! She is very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She provided all the right advice and pointed out where the lift and breakfast restaurant were without me asking. She is lovely and great role model at the front desk !!
