Rooms are huge! Could have cleaned a little better, and fixed the bidet spray to work better. But for our 3 day trip, we didn’t mind it much.
Service: 9/10
The staff in the day are fine, but the overnight crew – one of the best I’ve ever experienced. They’re so kind, well-groomed, and super helpful.
Value for money: 10/10
We paid a really good price for 2 nights, and a reasonable amount for a late checkout (extended till 5pm).

Only because we were in Bukit Bintang, one of the more busy place in KL with very congested traffic during peak hours.

Totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in KL.
The location of this hotel is superb, with easy access to many eateries, making it highly convenient for travellers. However, there are a few drawbacks that impacted my stay.
Firstly, the lift management was frustrating. Hotel staff shared the lifts with guests and pressed both the up and down buttons, causing the lifts to stop unnecessarily in both directions. This made waiting for a lift a nightmare, especially during busy times. This was fredback on my previous 2 stays months ago, nothing has changed.
Secondly, there was an event at TRX during my stay, and the heavy bass from the concert was so strong it vibrated the bed. If you’re staying during such events, be prepared for a late night as it’s difficult to rest until the concert ends.
While the location is fantastic, these issues need to be addressed for a better overall guest experience. Do they really care? Life goes on… will I be back? Surely I would.

1. Staffs are friendly and efficient.
2. Cleanliness of the hotel and facilities are at top notch.
3. Locations is at the center of everything by walking distances.
4. The cafe is great, the pool is great, the park is also great. No complains.

Just a add on others comment regarding the key cards and lifts waiting time was true but the key cards actually can be requested for an extra subject to availability and the lifts are not that long of a wait as the employees will have a que line if too crowded and the staff will be on point to assist the customers so it’s not as bad as some Has mentioned.
This is a very nice luxury type hotel for the price point. Centrally located and walkable area to many places, especially the big malls. It’s very crowded and bustling, probably because of the quality and price. Reminds me of a Vegas hotel in that aspect. The beds are very comfy and I love their pillows, so much that I was considering buying a set. They have them for sale at the hotel.
The room was fine since it’s still new, but we were only provided with one room key card, which was required for activating the room’s electricity, lift access, and room entry—this was quite inconvenient. Although the staff mentioned someone would be available at the lift to assist with access, when we returned at midnight, there was no one there. Thankfully, we went out together. Overall, it felt like the hotel act stingy, and you could find a better option at the same price
