We had a meeting with important person and we were discussing things at the coffee house.
I walked around and taking photos as this was my first visit here. Very calm and peaceful surrounding due to less traffic as the new development besides this hotel still on going.
The hotel has a very welcoming entrance and a cozy lobby.
Overall bad experience firstly all the shower towels are not so clean. There’s weirdly sound of the door can heard every night. It’s sounds like the wind too strong blowing the door loudly. The sound is annoying. Wi-Fi wasn’t working every night. It showing as connected but there isn’t any internet connections.
We activated the no sign of housekeeping before we leave the room. We were surprised the room was cleaned without our permission.
Hotel location is good and convenient as surrounded with all the restaurants and shopping mall.
Taking the lift here requires a lot of patience, literally waited 20 mins for the lift to reach 22nd floor. The lift felt stuffy and hot too, there wasn’t any ventilation. Hotel room wise was ok, there was a smell in the toilet that linger the whole time during our stay
Malacca (Melaka) being the Unesco World Heritage City, fits its given status. The history of Melaka, the Baba-Nyonya peranakan culture & cuisine, the Portuguese influence, the Indian cheti culture and the delicious array of food, all can be enjoyed with your stay at Swan Garden Resort Melaka.
As its strategically nested close by to Jonker Walk and city center, it was a great location. The surroundings are met with notable restaurants and spa centers. The breakfast spreads with local delicacies and international choices.
The rooms are large, clean and spacious. The staffs are helpful and gracious. It is definitely our best choice for next time too. It’s a perfect place to stay with groups.

We had an absolutely great time at Swan Garden Resort Hotel. The rooms were spacious. The hotel is centrally located, with lots of eateries and amenities near by. The staffs were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. A big shout out to Ms Pui Ling, thank you so much.
