We recently visited Malaysia and stayed at this wonderful hotel. We absolutely loved the experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. The buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malaysia!
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My husband had a fall and was hospitalized. The care and concern from all the staff was amazing. Mr Joseph the manager even visited my husband in hospital! And Sabuj, the porter, as well as all the front desk staff deserve a full shout-out. I will definitely stay at Swiss- Garden Hotel again. Breakfast was extremely good. It is a popular hotel for tour groups and breakfast does get very busy at times.
Better to spend your vacation at Citizen M across the street without any chair sound moving on your ceiling or flushing sound from above. I regret this stay so much. Worst vacation ever. So much noises. Manager won’t refund either. Mold, dirty, no hand soap, no trash bags in the bin. Not enough bins. Doesn’t fit a 4 stars hotel. Exhausting trip without proper sleeps.
Room is huge and modern. The bed frame are light weight, it moves around easily. Our toilet has some smell but still acceptable.
Suggest to grab breakfast outside hotel as the hotel is not able to cater to the crowd literally no food left and coffee machine breakdown.
Location wise not so ideal, you can’t walk to Lala port nor pavilion mall.
Their service is one of the worst worst worst of all time. They’re taking 30 minutes just to bring water bottles to the room. Kept calling the room service over and over, 5 times and the only reply I get is “ok we will check” and no one comes up. This is my last time checking into this hotel as others hotels are offering much better services with similar price.
And plus, the dirt under the bed and at the towel is a different story.
