Excellent stay. Staff is very knowledgeable in handling room booking preference. I did a mistake booking rooms at both hotel and residences, which the staff handle it well and even help to get connecting room as I have kids.
Location is good for shopping. Definitely recommended place to stay. Price is reasonable.

No guest room management system
fantastic location and very convenient access to two major malls (gardens mall and mid valley), with lots of food options around. the rooms are spacious, but are very dated and looks old, and this should be improved. there are also insufficient charging points. the television is very old and the selection of channels is poor, with very bad reception. the hotel’s breakfast however, is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food. shoutout to their nasi lemak which was very tasty.
the hotel provided us with a baby cot and a bathtub for our baby upon request during our booking. the cot was not very good, with the mattress being old and not in a good shape.
overall, we enjoyed our stay especially due to the location, and we will consider staying again in the future, but improvements definitely need to be made.
The best hotel connected to the Mid Valley/Mega Mall complex. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional and takes great care of their guests. With plenty of restaurants in the mall plus great shopping from high end to everyday shops. A great place to make your home away from home when in Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed at the hotel a month ago. Great location with easy access to the mall. Check-in at the front desk was quick, but the receptionist, Jia Shin, was very unprofessional. She made minimal eye contact, seemed tired, and simply handed us our access card without telling us our room number, floor, or where to find the lift. The room also needs improvement; water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling, and the socket near the bed wasn’t working. Not the worst experience we’ve had, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
