  1. Great location for a hotel, nice pool with a view BUT room service is poor. Bedsheets, Pillows and towels are not clean and are stained, housekeeping is poorly done. Agents will collect a deposit and in the end will blame that you have been smoking in the room as it smells weird (since I arrived it smells weird) so they won’t refund the deposit.

  2. Stuff are so bad
2 of this stuff specially are bad and rude with people
    rude with us
Rude with others front of our eyes me and my wife
    They fight with costumers
    Not show respect
    Not welcome
When you go any hotel stuff should welcome the costumer
Stand talk nice say hi welcome to our hotel
    Not sit in lobby
    Using phone not respect
Busy with he’s colleague talking joking
    Shouting
For me this is first time in Malaysia and I’ll never use this hotel anymore
And I’m not recommending anyone about it 2 persons in reception are nose up talking with costumer from nose
    Always costumer is right
I travel a lot of countries and I go many hotels and resorts didn’t see stuff rude like how I saw in this hotel
And I dunno they are from where and I don’t care even they are from where or any nationality
The important when you working in place and want get costumers you should act good with people
To come again to your place
And if this stuff are here people will run from this place
From my side anyone ask me about this hotel I’ll always say no
    Go any other hotel
    The stuff name is
    1 – del bahudra
2 – I’m not sure about he’s name but he said smthing ( mark)
    Wearing black
So if you want not lose people better u checkup with this 2 stuff
I stay 7 days and I came one time ask about Wi-Fi he talk from nose said I dunno
We go to other they give us WiFi
1 extend one day and say I’II keep luggage cuz they told us change room I said will keep it 2 hrs until other room ready they talk bad no we don’t care this ur problem .. how stuff talking like this??
Front of us fight with other costumer from France they was shouting on them more rude till last

  3. Booked a service suite apartment through Agoda and I was told that I had to call someone as the booking made was through a private owner ? Room standard was definitely a 2/5 for me.. bed stains, wall stains, dusty, and the room that I stayed in was like a study room which doesn’t have a door while the master bed room has. Now here comes the most interesting part- waiting for the lifts could take up to half an hour but there’s a trick to it (not going to share). I’d say the location is pretty convenient as it is near to LRT, convenient stores, bakeries and night markets. The question is will I book this place again? Nope. Would I recommend ? Depends if you’re looking for a budget friendly place (like super budget)

  4. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The servos great. You can order necessities to your room and they are delivered immediately. The Hotel is in the middle of a Hotel park, so you can’t go out and grab some drinks or food or take a walk in a vivid part of town. It’s only 10-15 minutes by foot to Petronas Towers tho.
But honestly you book this place for the Skypool on the 51st floor for amazing view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline. That alone makes this hotel worth booking.

  5. We were a group of four, and we were provided with just four 100 ml water bottles, which weren’t enough for us considering we were out the entire day. Additionally, there was no water purifier (RO) in the apartments, and there were no nearby stores where we could easily buy more water. We had to walk approximately 500 meters to 1 km in search of bottled water, which was quite inconvenient.
