Fantastic Stay with Stunning Infinity Pool and Great Service
I had a wonderful stay! The infinity pool with its amazing view was a highlight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s location was ideal. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
The place is very nice, clean and modern. The rooms are quite big.
Check in is very easy ant the 2 ladies at the check in Miss Hana and Miss Aina are the best. Fluently speaking English and Bahasa and always looking to help you.

Bad service (the receptionist (work on 20Jan around 1-2pm) is so rude, her attitude is so bad. Not helpful. When I come and she’s on her phone, she looked at me and said “HOLD”, just only one word “HOLD”. I am so upset because that is not the way the reception talk with customers . And then she kept talking. Then I asked maybe they can keep luggages for us and then we would come back at 3 to check in, (factually , almost the hotel I was keeping our luggage when we check in early) but she didn’t. She said not any space left .The terrible thing here is her attitude and the way she talk is not suitable to stand at the reception.
We booked 3 rooms, but when we get in the room, one of them still not clean. (I added some pics below the room when I check in) The air conditioner in the room B 20-5 was not cold until we ask someone come and check.
There is no safe box in the room.
The security on the pool on 25 Jan (around 12pm) is even more rude. He used his baton to show my face with very angry attitude because I forgot to scan the card to get in the pool. His attitude is worst. Then I scan the card, get inside, but he look at me with the angry eyes. I feel that, my holiday in this hotel is totally down.
I NERVER COME BACK, me and my 6 people in my groups.
You spend alot of time and money to build a beautiful Hotel, but you don’t know how to serve how to talk in the way you have to.

👎 Pool side chairs are very dirty
👎 Breakfast is RM95 but below average
Great location for viewing. But lots of people.
For guys, you may find lots of bikini near the pool. For girl, lots of people there for photo. Choose the right spot and right timing to avoid crowds.
