  1. The apartment located in Bukit Bintang area, walking distance to Alor Street Food. Surprisingly it is also around 15 minutes walk from Petaling or Central Market (we were very tired so we decide to use car instead). It is a 2 storey apartment with full amenities, we can do light cooking and they also provide with clean towels, extra beds, coffee, tea and water dispenser. Our floor was strategically located near public space, small garden and swimming pool. The lift is a bit crowded, though, especially during peak hours so you may need to give extra time to wait. There are several mini markets nearby, easy to get what you need. This place is recommended.

  2. Each unit seems to be sub-let. Ours was part of a lock box collection of 8 or so. Kitchen was under equipped (no toaster, no salt and pepper, no drinking tumblers etc). Laundry door was shrink wrapped and had masking tape on its edges for some reason. The bed sheets needed to be changed as we arrived late and they had a very strong smell of body lotion. The couch was broken and heavily stained. The rug was a hello kitty rug that had been turned over because it was so dirty that the grey underside was a better aesthetic. Beds were ultra firm (reminiscent of a floor). Having said all this, the rest of the facility was ok. The top floor pool had a great view and was deserted ( i don’t think they have strata for maintenance or, if they do, it’s quite lacking as many tiles etc in the pool were broken, the pool light was completely dislodged and the “spa jets” had no discernible turn on point, hence, no idea if they actually worked. The stainless steel railing cap was also dislodged. The front has security which is good. The location is good and for the price it isn’t horrible. The Indian food on the same road is nice. To the landlords credit they did address faults quickly. Yet, I think they do need to pay attention to some more fine details and necessities..

  3. Good location and host. We’ve stayed in a few units here. Some units can be a bit run down from all the move on/pug traffic. The biggest problem we encountered is the extremely awful drainsge/sewage stench coming from all drains. This problem is never disclosed. We’ve stayed in two units without the malodorous issue… Just lucky I guess.

  4. The homestay is very convenient place with Foods, Public transport and shopping mall. But unfornately, the house is abit dusty and din’t provide any tissue paper. And the MRT station nearby is very noisy early morning till midnight. One thing I feel convenient is they provide the water dispenser and the view quite nice, can see merderka 118 tower very clear.
