I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel has an excellent location, and the room I chose offered a direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers, which was very close. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was modernly decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I especially want to thank the hotel staff for their warm service, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time!
The hotel provided a nearly perfect experience, with high-quality service and friendly staff throughout—from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and security. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though a greater selection of breads would be appreciated.
We love this hotel and at New Year it’s even better. The Staff in the club lounge are excellent. A special thanks to Raihan and Gladys who really looked after us and were first class. These two staff members are a credit to the training that is obviously given by The Traders.

Tried the room service and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food
Breakfast was excellent offering Asian varieties mostly as well as a small section for intercontinental breakfast which was great . Beds were comfortable amd had all the hotel amenities you could wish for. Fantastic location close to almost everything and especially the shopping centre where they even had a shuttle service if you have mobility issues
