Room is very dim due to inadequate lighting. Air conditioner is too noisy. No facial tissues provided – very inconvenient. Shower screen should extend to prevent wetting the floor during shower. The TV channel reception is poor and the TV is out-dated. The floor material feels hard and cold – laminate flooring is much preferred to ceramic tiles. The clothes hanger is too high. The entrance door is difficult to close/open. The staff do not greet guests and slow to response when asked. Had a sizeable family room but no sofa to sit and relax. The room feels empty, dark and gloomy. The only saving grace is the hotel’s great location, being near to many F&B shops.
My experience is room standard, cleanliness ok, not too sticky the floor.

Aircond was cold and functioning well
Room nearby street so more noises like fireworks, garbage truck loading the garbage and etc during the night or midnight
Downside is the bathroom, after showering, whole floor is wet and fill with water as shower splashes are strong and evrywhere
Hotel lobby sofa seems to have some awkward smell as maybe due to the sweat from people walking around and rest at the lobby beforehand

Information given on Agoda not correct/ true. As rooms says for 3 Adults but only 1 double bed. How 3 elderly people to sleep?
Though it’s a non- refundable room, but Information given was wrong, so don’t want pay my refund. Money not easy come.
Luckily I found out before my stay. What will happen on the day of stay after check in?

I was truly touched by the amazing service! I reached out to the staff and mentioned my wish for some anniversary decorations, and Muru went above and beyond to make it happen.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a perfect atmosphere for our celebration.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the thoughtful room decoration made it all the more special! 😉
