Always try to stay here whenever I’m in town as they offer a great product for the price. Location is so good (discounting the crazy traffic!), rooms are nicely appointed, and staff are all always ready to help. I took off 1 star for inconsistent housekeeping. On some days it was fantastic and thoughtful, on some it’s was barely done (floors not vacuumed, low toilet roll supply). Oh, and the rooms and halls need some form of air fresheners). And they have some of the most comfy pillows!
Staying here with my beloved wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary is something that we will never forget. Their advance decoration in the room was superb with such a romantic vibes. Everything inside really made us feel like home.
Dedicated, humble & professional staffs from front desk up to the room cleaner really touch our heart.
This hotel was centralized in Bukit Bintang. Every shops & restaurants are in walkable distance.
I will sure will come again, but this will be with my whole family.

The room is quite dim but the bed is cozy and comfortable. We had a good night sleep. The location is superb. Pavilion shopping mall is only 5 minutes walk which is so convenient. But there isn’t any parking provided. We parked our car at a valet service nearby. The price is RM35 per day. I think it’s quite reasonable. Overall everything is great.

The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making it easy to explore nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for the price!
We had a fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, with numerous eateries and amenities within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, promptly addressing our room requests. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in KL again!
